Lemon Basil Chicken

Lemon Basil Chicken

    Set the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Lightly pound them with the smooth side of a meat mallet. Lightly dust both sides with flour.

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it bubbles.
