Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lobster and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until it turns bright red.
- 2
As soon as the lobster starts cooking, melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and 3 cloves of garlic. Cook, stirring, just until they release their liquid. Do not let them brown.
- 3
When the lobster comes out of the pot, set it on a cutting board and use a large knife to split it in half lengthwise. Place the halves meaty side down in the skillet with the onion and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes.
- 4
Bring another pot of water to a boil and season it with a little salt. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes, or until tender. If you want to save time and a pot, you can boil the pasta in the lobster water since it is already boiling; just add salt.
- 5
Add the tomatoes to the skillet and increase the heat to high to bring it to a boil. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes. Slowly pour in the cream, stirring constantly. The sauce will turn a nice pink color. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Keep warm, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done.
- 6
Drain the spaghetti and place it on a large serving plate. Stir in the remaining butter and garlic. Pour the tomato sauce over the spaghetti and arrange the two lobster halves in the center. Sprinkle with parsley all over and serve.

How easyChef Pro scores recipes and products
easyChef Pro analyzes up to 41 nutrients using data sourced from USDA and other verified food databases. Its scoring method uses the nutrients relevant to nutrition quality, calorie density, processing level, and your selected health goal. Recipes and food products get a health score from 0 to 100, calculated using consistent rules instead of being estimated by AI. The same nutrition data, serving size and health goal will produce the same result.
The calculation evaluates nutrients, calorie density, processing level, and how well the food supports your selected health goal. Protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients can strengthen the score. High amounts of sodium, saturated fat, added sugar and other nutrients may lower it.
Your health goal also matters. easyChef Pro evaluates recipes and products across six health areas and adjusts their importance for your selected goal. This means the same food may be a better fit for one health goal than another.
For recipes, changing an ingredient, quantity or serving size changes the nutrition and may change the score. Remix the recipe in easyChef Pro to calculate fresh nutrition and scores for the version you actually make. Product scores are based on the nutrition and serving information associated with that specific product.
