Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the cabbage in the boiling water until the leaves are falling off. As the leaves loosen, remove them from the water and set them aside.
- 3
Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onions in the hot margarine until translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
- 4
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked onions, ground beef, chicken with rice soup, rice, eggs, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
- 5
Take a cabbage leaf, lay it flat, and trim the thickest part toward the bottom of the leaf to make rolling easier; repeat with all the leaves. Use the darker outer leaves to line the bottom of a roasting pan.
- 6
Scoop a portion of the beef meat mixture onto a leaf and wrap the leaf around the mixture, enclosing the meat completely. Repeat until all of the beef mixture is used. Arrange the stuffed cabbage leaves in the roasting pan. Top with any remaining cabbage leaves. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil.
- 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, peel back the top layer of extra cabbage leaves, and pour golden mushroom soup over the stuffed cabbage leaves. Replace the top cabbage leaves, return the roasting pan to the oven, and continue baking until the soup is hot, about 15 minutes.

How easyChef Pro scores recipes and products
easyChef Pro analyzes up to 41 nutrients using data sourced from USDA and other verified food databases. Its scoring method uses the nutrients relevant to nutrition quality, calorie density, processing level, and your selected health goal. Recipes and food products get a health score from 0 to 100, calculated using consistent rules instead of being estimated by AI. The same nutrition data, serving size and health goal will produce the same result.
The calculation evaluates nutrients, calorie density, processing level, and how well the food supports your selected health goal. Protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients can strengthen the score. High amounts of sodium, saturated fat, added sugar and other nutrients may lower it.
Your health goal also matters. easyChef Pro evaluates recipes and products across six health areas and adjusts their importance for your selected goal. This means the same food may be a better fit for one health goal than another.
For recipes, changing an ingredient, quantity or serving size changes the nutrition and may change the score. Remix the recipe in easyChef Pro to calculate fresh nutrition and scores for the version you actually make. Product scores are based on the nutrition and serving information associated with that specific product.
