Shrimp Gumbo
Shrimp Gumbo brings together juicy shrimp, smoky hot Italian sausage, and a trinity of onions and peppers simmered in spiced stewed tomatoes. The jalapeño adds a lively kick that you can tone down to taste, while the long grain–wild rice soaks up the rich, savory broth. It’s a warming dinner perfect for cool evenings or casual gatherings.
