Bacon and Cheese Fat Bombs
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the bacon strips on the foil in a single layer.

  2. 2

Bake in the preheated oven until browned and crisp, about 15 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels.

  3. 3

While the bacon cooks, mix the cream cheese, butter, and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl. Add the lime zest, lime juice, and garlic. Fold in the serrano pepper and refrigerate until chilled and firm, about 10 minutes.

  4. 4

Divide the chilled cream cheese mixture into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball.

  5. 5

Chop the bacon and mix it with the cilantro in a bowl. Roll one fat bomb at a time in the mixture until well coated. Serve cold.
