    Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

    Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small pan on the stove over low heat. Spray a 9x12-inch baking dish with vegetable spray. Place the croutons in the bottom of the dish and drizzle with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the grated Cheddar cheese.
