Grilled Beef Tongue
Grilled Beef Tongue is simmered until buttery-tender, then sliced and kissed on the grill for a lightly crisp, smoky edge. A touch of lime, paprika, and olive oil brightens the rich, beefy flavor, making it great for steak-style slices or folding into tacos. Ideal for a hearty dinner or a weekend cookout centerpiece.
