Crispy Air-Fried Pakoras deliver a light, crunchy bite with a warm blend of cumin, coriander, and curry powder enveloping tender cauliflower, potato, and onion. Combine cauliflower, chickpea flour, potatoes, water, red onion, salt, garlic, curry powder, coriander, cayenne pepper, and cumin in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter into the prepared basket and press it flat. Repeat as many times as the basket allows without the pakoras touching. Spray the tops of each pakora with cooking spray.

Air-fry in the preheated air fryer for 8 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 8 minutes. Move the pakoras to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the remaining batter.
