    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Spread marinara sauce over the bottom of a small baking dish to a depth of about 1/4 inch. Sprinkle with parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Create a narrow well in the center of the sauce for the eggs.
