Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts

Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts come out crisp on the outside and tender within, thanks to a tangy French dressing glaze and a crunchy cornflake crust. The balanced sweetness and mild acidity make each bite satisfying without being heavy. Serve for a weeknight Dinner or a casual get-together when you want something comforting yet bright.

Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. 2

Put the dressing in a shallow dish or bowl for dipping. Do the same with the cornflakes crumbs or breadcrumbs (see Cook's Note). Dip the chicken breasts one at a time into the dressing, then into the breadcrumbs to coat.

  3. 3

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
