Teriyaki-Style Grilled Pork Chops
Teriyaki-Style Grilled Pork Chops feature juicy, grill-kissed meat soaked in a sweet-umami marinade of coconut aminos, citrus, and fish sauce. The reduced glaze adds a glossy, slightly tangy finish with hints of ginger, garlic, and sesame. Ideal for a weeknight dinner or casual cookout, they pair well with steamed rice and crisp vegetables.

- 1
Combine coconut aminos, orange juice, fish sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, sesame oil, and salt in a 1-gallon resealable bag. Gently squeeze the bag to mix. Add the pork chops, press out most of the air, and seal. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer. Refrigerate and marinate for about 4 hours, turning the bag every hour and keeping it flat.
- 2
Preheat an outdoor gas grill to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 3
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and pour the marinade into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until the marinade reduces to about 1/2 cup, about 3 minutes. Set the sauce aside.
- 4
Oil the cooking grate and place the chops on it. Grill for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, then rotate and grill until grill marks appear, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes more. Flip the chops and repeat. After the second rotation, reduce the heat to the lowest setting, close the lid, and continue cooking until the thickest chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer the chops to a serving platter, tent with foil, and let rest for 7 to 8 minutes.
- 5
Warm the reserved sauce in the microwave. Serve the grilled pork chops warm with 2 tablespoons sauce, garnished with sesame seeds.

How easyChef Pro Scores This Recipe
easyChef Pro gives every recipe a health score from 0 to 100, built from more than 30 nutritional parameters including nutrient density, energy density and glycemic impact. It calculates rather than estimates, so the same recipe returns the same score every time.
The number is traceable. You can see exactly which nutrient moved it, so a dish scoring 78 might show fiber pushing it up while sodium pulls it down, alongside the NOVA processing level of each ingredient.
Your health goal changes the calculation itself, not just a filter. easyChef Pro applies clinically derived weighting across six health dimensions, which is why the same dish can score well for one goal and poorly for another.
Swap an ingredient or change the serving size and that math changes with it. Scoring your own version is the only way to see what your kitchen actually produces.
