Broiled Miso-Glazed Salmon

Broiled Miso-Glazed Salmon balances sweet, salty, and umami notes with a caramelized miso-brown sugar crust and a hint of sesame. The fish stays tender and flaky, with a soy-ginger glaze that pairs perfectly with steamed rice and crisp greens. Ideal for a weeknight dinner or an elegant yet unfussy meal with friends.
