Real Texas Chili

Tender cubes of chuck simmer in rich beef broth spiked with garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano for a bold, beef-forward bowl with no beans in sight. The long simmer yields silky, peppery gravy and fall-apart meat, perfect for game day, cold nights, or ladled over rice or cornbread. Real Texas Chili delivers deep, smoky warmth with every spoonful.
