Vegetable Quinoa Pilaf
Vegetable Quinoa Pilaf brings fluffy quinoa together with tender onion, celery, and carrot for a bright, lemon-kissed side. Light toasting deepens the nutty flavor, while hot water ensures an even simmer and peas add a sweet pop. Serve it warm alongside grilled proteins or as a fresh, satisfying vegetarian main.
