  1. 1

Stir butter, parsley, and garlic together in a bowl until well mixed. Portion the mixture into 12 equal mounds on a baking sheet. Freeze until solid.

  2. 2

Form the ground chicken into 12 balls. Press a deep thumbprint into the center of each. Place a piece of the frozen herbed butter in the center and wrap the meat around it until completely sealed. Repeat with the remaining balls.

  3. 3

Beat the eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the panko, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

Dip one ground chicken ball into the beaten eggs, then into the seasoned bread crumbs. Dip it back into the egg and then into the seasoned bread crumbs again. Repeat with the remaining balls. Set them on a baking sheet and freeze.

  5. 5

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Arrange half of the balls in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking spray.

  6. 6

Cook for 5 minutes. Turn the balls over with tongs and spray again with cooking spray. Cook for 5 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining chicken balls.
