Chicken Meatloaf
Chicken Meatloaf bakes up tender and juicy with a sweet-tangy ketchup glaze that caramelizes on top. Parmesan, Worcestershire, and fresh herbs lend depth and brightness, while Dijon and garlic round out the savory flavor. It’s a comforting weeknight dish that slices beautifully for dinner and makes great leftovers for sandwiches.
