Blueberry Loaf

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Stir the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract into the flour mixture until just combined; gently fold the blueberries into the batter and pour it into the prepared loaf pan.

    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Cool briefly on a wire rack, then carefully invert onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Let cool completely.
