Homemade Chicken Stock

    Place water, chicken, carrots, celery, onions, leeks, sea salt, garlic, garlic powder, rosemary, dried parsley, and dried thyme in a large stock pot; partially cover the pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and falling off the bone, about 2 hours.

    Take the chicken out of the pot. Stir in the fresh parsley until it wilts, 2 to 3 minutes. Take the broth off the heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the broth into freezable 2 to 4 cup containers. Use right away or freeze.
