Clams and Chourico
Clams and Chourico brings tender shellfish together with smoky Portuguese sausage in a dark beer and tomato broth that’s aromatic with garlic and oregano. The briny clams enrich the savory, slightly spicy sauce, perfect for dipping crusty bread. Serve it as a hearty appetizer or a cozy dinner when you’re craving bold, coastal flavors.
