Garlic and Onion Burgers
Garlic and Onion Burgers deliver bold, beefy flavor with minced onion, fresh garlic, and a splash of Worcestershire for a savory punch. Chilling the seasoned mixture before shaping helps the patties hold together and sear beautifully while staying juicy inside. Ideal for a backyard grill night or a satisfying weeknight dinner.
