    Coat the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and set the ham inside.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook, whisking well, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is blended, 2 to 5 minutes; remove from the heat.

    Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker, then pour the sauce over the ham and cover.

    Cook in the slow cooker on Low for 6 to 8 hours, basting the ham with the juices from the bottom once every hour.

    Take the ham out of the slow cooker. Pour the juices from the bottom into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir the cornstarch and water together in a bowl and pour into the saucepan. Cook until the mixture thickens into a glaze, 6 to 8 minutes, then pour the glaze over the ham or use it as a gravy.
