Jerk Grilled Chicken Wings
Jerk Grilled Chicken Wings bring bright citrus and warm island spices together with a fiery kick from habanero. The wings soak up thyme, garlic, ginger, and aromatic allspice before hitting the grill for smoky char and juicy bite. Perfect for cookouts or game day, they balance tang, heat, and subtle sweetness in every wing.

- 1
Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, black pepper, thyme, garlic, ginger, habanero pepper, curry powder, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk in the vegetable oil. Pour 3/4 of the marinade into a resealable plastic zipper bag, add the chicken wing pieces, press out the air, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours.
- 2
Place the remaining 1/4 of the marinade in a small bowl and refrigerate until grilling.
- 3
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- 4
Remove the wing pieces from the marinade bag and discard the used marinade. Season the wings with salt and pepper to taste, then sear over the hottest part of the grill until they start to brown, about 4 minutes per side.
- 5
Move the wings to a cooler part of the grill, baste with the reserved marinade, and close the grill. Grill until the wings are golden brown with good grill marks, no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear, 10 to 15 more minutes.
- 6
Baste again with marinade and turn after 5 to 8 minutes.

How easyChef Pro Scores This Recipe
easyChef Pro gives every recipe a health score from 0 to 100, built from more than 30 nutritional parameters including nutrient density, energy density and glycemic impact. It calculates rather than estimates, so the same recipe returns the same score every time.
The number is traceable. You can see exactly which nutrient moved it, so a dish scoring 78 might show fiber pushing it up while sodium pulls it down, alongside the NOVA processing level of each ingredient.
Your health goal changes the calculation itself, not just a filter. easyChef Pro applies clinically derived weighting across six health dimensions, which is why the same dish can score well for one goal and poorly for another.
Swap an ingredient or change the serving size and that math changes with it. Scoring your own version is the only way to see what your kitchen actually produces.
