Baked Lobster Ravioli Casserole
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or spray it with cooking spray.

  2. 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster ravioli for 1 minute less than the package directions. Drain gently.

  3. 3

Spoon a few scoops of lobster bisque onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

  4. 4

Arrange the cooked ravioli in the dish. Pour the remaining lobster bisque over the top, gently working the soup between the ravioli so everything is coated.

  5. 5

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.

  6. 6

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until bubbly and lightly golden on top, 10 to 15 minutes more.

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped parsley.

  8. 8

    Serve warm and enjoy!
