One Pan Pasta with Bacon and Peas
  1. 1

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 3 minutes. Move the bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel. Pour off all but about 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease from the skillet.

  2. 2

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until translucent and tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Pour in the chicken broth and milk, and bring to a boil. Stir in the pasta, lower the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is slightly firm, 13 to 15 minutes.

  4. 4

Stir in the peas and cook just until thawed. Add the Greek yogurt and bacon, stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
