Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Grapefruit Salsa

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a small bowl, mix the paprika, onion and garlic powder, salt, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar.

Cut the salmon into 4 portions and brush them with oil. Generously spread the rub over the salmon to coat all surfaces. Place the salmon on a shallow baking pan with sides.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.

Coarsely chop the grapefruit into bite-size pieces. Combine all the salsa ingredients and serve with the salmon. The grapefruit salsa can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
