Marinated Wild Salmon

Marinated Wild Salmon features fillets bathed in a bright blend of lemon, white balsamic, garlic, and herbs, then roasted and briefly broiled for tender flesh and lightly caramelized edges. The balance of citrus, mild sweetness, and a touch of heat lets the fish shine. Serve for a weeknight dinner or a casual gathering when you want bold flavor with minimal fuss.
