5-Ingredient Beef Chili

5-Ingredient Beef Chili brings together tender ground beef, tomato sauce, and chili beans for a mild, cozy bowl with straightforward Instant Pot cooking. Blending part of the beans with broth adds body and a velvety texture, while a final hit of chili powder rounds out the flavor. Serve on a busy weeknight with toppings like cheddar, onion, or sour cream and a side of cornbread.
