Crispy Air-Fried Sriracha Potato Fries

Slice the potatoes into fry shapes. Put the cut fries into a bowl of water and soak for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with paper towels and place a wire rack on top.

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F following the manufacturer’s directions.

Drain the fries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Put the fries into a resealable plastic bag. Add oil, 1 tablespoon Sriracha, and salt. Seal the bag and shake to coat.

Arrange fries in a single flat layer on the bottom of the air fryer basket, not stacked. You will need to cook in batches.

Air fry until crispy and golden brown, about 13 minutes.

Transfer fries to the prepared baking sheet and keep warm in the preheated oven. Repeat with the remaining fries.

Place fries on a platter and drizzle with the remaining sriracha. Enjoy.
