Asian Sesame Seared or Grilled Tuna (Gluten Free)

Tuna steaks are marinated with tamari, ginger, and a touch of mirin and honey, then seared hot for a nutty sesame crust and tender, ruby interior. The balance of salty, lightly sweet, and aromatic flavors highlights the fish without overpowering it. Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a standout main when you want bold, clean flavors.
