Sesame Udon Noodles

Sesame Udon Noodles deliver springy noodles tossed with a soy-ginger dressing that’s nutty, tangy, and lightly spicy. Crisp bell peppers, snap peas, and scallions add bright crunch, while toasted sesame seeds bring a toasty finish. Serve this vibrant side dish warm or room temperature alongside grilled meats, tofu, or seafood.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the bell peppers with the green onion and peas. Microwave until warm but still crisp. Add to the noodles in the bowl, pour the dressing over everything, toss to coat, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
