Broiled Tilapia Tacos with Cilantro–Lime Slaw
  1. 1

Position an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat it well with cooking spray.

  2. 2

In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, onion, vinegar, cilantro, hot sauce, salt, and ancho chile powder. Stir in the shredded cabbage to make the slaw.

  3. 3

Arrange the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking pan. Squeeze lime juice over the fish. In a separate bowl, mix cumin, paprika, salt, and garlic powder, then sprinkle the spice mixture over the fish.

  4. 4

Broil in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes.

  5. 5

Place the tortillas between 2 damp paper towels and warm in the microwave, 1 to 2 minutes.

  6. 6

Spoon the cooked tilapia onto each tortilla and top with the slaw.
