Cabbage Borsht

Cabbage Borsht is a hearty, homestyle soup brimming with tender chicken, sweet cabbage, potatoes, and a gentle tomato base. Cabbage Borsht

    Place the chicken in a large pot of water.

    Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

    Remove from the water, let cool, and shred into bite-size pieces.

    Discard the skin and bones.

    In a large stock pot, heat 1 gallon of water with the tomato soup and salt.
