Brown Sugar Cola–Glazed Baked Ham
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and set the ham in the pan.

  2. 2

Put the brown sugar in a bowl; whisk in just enough cola to dissolve the sugar and make a thick glaze. Pour the glaze over the ham, then pour the remaining cola into the bottom of the baking pan.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

  4. 4

Move the ham to a serving platter and tent it with foil for up to 30 minutes before serving.
