    Spread the edges of the split lobster shells and gently lift the tail meat to sit on top of the shells. Set the tails on a baking sheet and brush the meat with melted butter.

    In a bowl, gently combine the crabmeat, clarified butter, crushed crackers, parsley, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
