  1. 1

Put flour on a shallow plate. Add cayenne, garlic powder, half the salt, and half the black pepper, then mix well.

  2. 2

Lightly season the chicken breast with the remaining salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken breast in the seasoned flour and shake off any excess.

  3. 3

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Place the chicken breast in the pan and cook, turning every 1 to 2 minutes, until each side is deeply blackened. Transfer to a plate to rest.

  4. 4

Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add garlic, chili flakes, marinara sauce, smoked paprika, and oregano. Stir constantly until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in half the chicken stock and the cream. Add the remaining stock, then increase the heat to medium-high.

  5. 5

Add the ramen noodles and cook in the broth according to package directions. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for a few minutes.

  6. 6

Slice the chicken. To serve, ladle the broth and noodles into shallow bowls. Arrange some chicken pieces on top, then garnish with Parmesan, green onions, and cilantro.
