    In a bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic salt, pepper, and oregano. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until lightly coated.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and butter. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Flip the chicken and add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring the mushrooms occasionally, until the chicken is browned on the other side, about 2 more minutes.

    Pour the Marsala wine over the chicken. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
