    Slice a horizontal slit in the pork tenderloin, keeping the halves connected. Rub the tenderloin with olive oil.

    Tuck the garlic into the slit and onto the fatty side of the pork. Press the thyme and rosemary into the slit. Sprinkle the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
