Grilled Lemon and Rosemary Lamb Chops
  1. 1

Whisk the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, garlic, rosemary, chile paste, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  2. 2

Transfer the mixture to a resealable plastic bag. Add the lamb chops; coat them with the marinade, squeeze out any excess air, and seal the bag.

  3. 3

Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or for best flavor, up to 10 hours.

  4. 4

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

  5. 5

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and scrape off any excess. Discard the used marinade. Season the chops with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

Grill the chops over the preheated grill until browned on the outside and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 130 degrees F (54 degrees C) for medium-rare, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

  7. 7

Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
