Combine the garlic powder, poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and onion powder in a small bowl, then divide the spice mixture in half.
- 2
Melt the butter over low heat in a small skillet. Gradually stir in the cream, milk, and 1/2 of the spice mixture. Keep cooking over low heat, stirring often, until slightly reduced and thickened to your preferred sauce consistency. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- 3
Preheat a grill to high heat.
- 4
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta in the boiling water until slightly firm, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 5
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Carefully stir in the wine and the remaining spice mixture. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 16 to 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- 6
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the shrimp on the preheated grill until slightly opaque, 3 to 4 minutes.
- 7
Serve each chicken breast on a bed of linguine topped with the grilled shrimp. Spoon the cream sauce generously over the top. Garnish with Romano cheese.
