Instant Gingerbread Hot Chocolate
Instant Gingerbread Hot Chocolate blends rich cocoa with warm ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, sweetened with white and brown sugar for a subtle molasses note. It’s cozy, lightly spiced, and perfect for gifting or sipping during chilly evenings. Whisk into hot milk for a fragrant mug that tastes like gingerbread in drink form.

Chef's Note: I used a Dutch-processed cocoa powder for this recipe, which reduces the cocoa's acidity.
