Pressure Cooker Cranberry Sauce with Port
Pressure Cooker Cranberry Sauce with Port balances bright, tart cranberries with the deep, jammy sweetness of ruby port and a whisper of cinnamon. It’s thick, glossy, and warmly spiced, perfect alongside roast turkey or ham, spooned over cheesecake, or spread on leftover-sandwiches during the holidays.

Place the cranberries, sugar, port, and salt in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot e). Close and lock the lid. Choose high pressure according to the manufacturer's instructions; set the timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.

Release the pressure using the natural-release method per the manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Add the cinnamon stick and select the Saute function; cook until the sauce thickens, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard the cinnamon stick.

Blend the sauce with an immersion blender for a smoother texture. Let it cool; the sauce will continue to thicken naturally.
