Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Sliders
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. 2

Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions and garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in the chicken and bacon; season lightly with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until heated through and coated in the onion and garlic.

  3. 3

Slice the slider buns in half. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spoon the garlic chicken mixture on top. Add the sliced tomatoes and provolone over it. Close the sliders with the top buns.

  4. 4

In a small saucepan, melt the butter with a pinch of garlic or garlic powder. Brush the tops of the buns with the garlic butter.

  5. 5

Bake the sliders in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Optional: broil the sliders for 1 minute for extra crispy tops.

  6. 6

Remove the sliders from the oven and brush with more garlic butter. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot and melty.
