    Thinly slice the chicken breast at a 45-degree angle to make medallions. Stir the paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl; sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken medallions.

    For the lemon cream sauce, sauté the garlic in the same skillet without wiping it out. Add the gnocchi; bone broth, milk, and heavy cream, and simmer for about 7 minutes. Stir in half of the lemon juice and the Parmesan cheese.
