Gather all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch dip mix, salt, hot sauce, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and 1 cup of the sour cream until blended. Add the hashbrowns, chicken, bacon, and 1 cup of the cheese; stir until fully combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with the remaining 1 cup cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
