Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Tater Tot Bake
  1. 1

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. 2

Arrange the potato tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside. Lower the oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  4. 4

While the potato tots bake, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing, ranch dressing mix, black pepper, and granulated garlic in a large bowl until fully combined. Fold in the chicken, Cheddar, and 1 cup of the cooked bacon until everything is coated with the sour cream mixture.

  5. 5

Spoon the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it in an even layer. Top evenly with the cooked potato tots. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling around the edges, 30 to 35 minutes.

  6. 6

Sprinkle evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup cooked bacon; garnish with scallions. Recipe developed by Craig Ruff.
