Line a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with aluminum foil and generously butter the foil. Evenly spread the tahini in a thin layer over the bottom of the prepared pan.
- 2
Mix the farina cereal with 1 1/2 cup of sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
- 3
Gently work in the yogurt and 1 tablespoon of softened butter with your hands until the dough is smooth.
- 4
Spread the dough in the prepared baking dish. Pat the surface smooth.
- 5
Cover the dish with foil and let it stand at room temperature for 2 hours.
- 6
Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into 16 squares; gently press an almond half onto the top of each square.
- 7
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 8
Bake in the preheated oven until the dessert is set and the top is lightly golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- 9
While the dessert bakes, make the syrup.
- 10
Put 2 cups of sugar and the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.
- 11
Stir in the lemon juice and boil the syrup for 5 minutes; stir in the butter and orange flower water until combined.
- 12
Pour the hot syrup over the dessert as soon as it comes out of the oven. Let it cool for 1 to 2 hours to allow the syrup to absorb before serving.

How easyChef Pro Scores This Recipe
easyChef Pro gives every recipe a health score from 0 to 100, built from more than 30 nutritional parameters including nutrient density, energy density and glycemic impact. It calculates rather than estimates, so the same recipe returns the same score every time.
The number is traceable. You can see exactly which nutrient moved it, so a dish scoring 78 might show fiber pushing it up while sodium pulls it down, alongside the NOVA processing level of each ingredient.
Your health goal changes the calculation itself, not just a filter. easyChef Pro applies clinically derived weighting across six health dimensions, which is why the same dish can score well for one goal and poorly for another.
Swap an ingredient or change the serving size and that math changes with it. Scoring your own version is the only way to see what your kitchen actually produces.
