Cornbread and Oyster Dressing

Cornbread and Oyster Dressing blends tender cornbread with briny oysters for a rich, coastal twist on classic holiday stuffing. Aromatic onion, celery, sage, and poultry seasoning create a warm, herb-forward depth, while the oyster liquor keeps every bite moist. Serve alongside roast turkey or baked ham for festive dinners or a special Sunday meal.

  1. 1

Make the corn bread following the package directions. Let it cool, then crumble it into a large bowl.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

  3. 3

Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a large saucepan. Stir in the onions and celery. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft. Move the mixture to the bowl with the bread crumbs.
