Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak, onion, and bell pepper; cook and stir until the steak is browned and done to your preference and the onions are tender, 7 to 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
