    Rinse the oysters and place them in a large stockpot. Pour in the beer and enough water to cover the oysters; add 2 cloves of garlic, the peppercorns, and the seasoned salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, drain, and let cool.

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

    When the oysters have cooled, remove and discard the top shell. Arrange the oysters on a baking sheet.

    Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until tender. Lower the heat to low; stir in the spinach, Monterey Jack, fontina, and mozzarella. Cook, stirring often, until the cheese melts. Stir in the milk; season with salt and pepper. Spoon the sauce over each oyster, just to fill the shell. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
