Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Quesadillas
Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Quesadillas balance juicy shrimp with bright citrus and herb notes, melted into a gooey cheese filling. Light smokiness from roasted red peppers and a hint of chili bring depth without overpowering the fresh lime finish. Ideal for a quick lunch, casual dinner, or a shareable game-day snack.
